The Service

RealityScore™ is a research and educational product operated by Machine Digital Inc. It publishes scores, teardowns, playbooks, and a weekly brief that analyze publicly made AI income claims. The service is not financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and nothing on the site should be the sole basis for a financial or business decision. See the Disclaimer for full details.

Accounts and Subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and email address accurate and secure
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor, under its own terms; we do not store your payment card details
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period already billed
• Prices and plan features may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle after notice

Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Our order process and payments are handled by our payment processor, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle provides customer service for billing questions and issues receipts and invoices.

• Billing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Refunds. If you are unhappy with RealityScore™, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@realityscore.tech and we will refund that billing period in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle. This voluntary policy is in addition to any refund rights you have under applicable law and under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Free plan. The free tier is provided at no cost and involves no charge or refund.

Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically redistribute site content or subscriber content
• Do not share subscriber-only content or account access outside your own use
• Do not use the service to harass creators whose claims are scored, or to misrepresent our scores as endorsements or accusations
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site

Intellectual Property

Teardowns, playbooks, the weekly brief, and all other site content are copyrighted works of Machine Digital Inc. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use subscriber content for their own personal research and business use. Reselling, republishing, or redistributing that content is not permitted without written permission. RealityScore™ and 6-Axis™ are trademarks of Machine Digital Inc.

Published Scores Are Opinions

RealityScore™ scores, verdicts, and commentary are opinions based on our published methodology and the disclosed math applied to publicly available evidence. They are fair comment on matters of public interest, not statements of undisclosed fact about any person's actual income or business. If you believe a score is wrong or missing material evidence, use the Challenge a Score process; accepted corrections are logged publicly.

No Earnings Claims; Assumption of Risk

RealityScore™ is an informational, educational, and commentary service. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that you will earn any income or achieve any result, and we do not advise you to attempt any business or "money-making" method we analyze. Income examples we discuss are unverified claims made by third parties and are not typical; most people who attempt such methods make little or no money.

Any action you take based on the site — including pursuing, avoiding, buying, or building anything — is your sole decision and your sole responsibility, taken at your own risk. You agree that RealityScore™ and Machine Digital Inc. are not liable for any outcome of those decisions, and you release and hold them harmless from any claim arising out of your reliance on the content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score or analysis is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machine Digital Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Machine Digital Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
