Challenge a Score
We stand behind the methodology, but we also stand behind getting the record right. If you believe a score missed relevant evidence, you can challenge it.
What Can Be Challenged
- A specific axis score that should be higher or lower based on public evidence
- A risk flag or penalty that appears to have been applied incorrectly
- Missing factual information that materially changes the scoring context
- A confidence label that no longer reflects the available evidence
What Cannot Be Challenged
- The 6-Axis™ formula or axis weights themselves
- A score simply because you disagree with the outcome
- Claims submitted without new, specific, and verifiable evidence
How to Submit a Challenge
1. Claim ID
2. Specific field or deduction you are disputing
3. Supporting evidence
4. Your proposed correction and why
Review Outcomes
- Accepted: the audit is updated with a public correction note
- Partial: some fields change where evidence is sufficient
- Rejected: no verifiable new evidence or insufficient support
Changelog Policy
Accepted corrections are logged publicly on the relevant teardown or audit page. RealityScore™ does not silently change published scores without leaving a record of what changed and why.
